"The long awaited airport of Gazipasa-Alanya has finally opened its door, and expectations are great regarding its effects on the property market.
The first commercial flight has finally landed on the new airport last week, and regular domestic flights are scheduled 3 times a week, from and to Istanbul for a start. The company's officials tell that soon new routes will be open such as Ankara and Izmir, and soon will start the International flights.
This is obviously great news for everyone owning a property in Alanya, since the new airport is just half an hour far from the city centre.
