David Wafajow (13.11.2011)It was my first trip to Turkey, and it turned out to a very pleasant memory, thanks to New Home In Turkey.
The courtesy and professionalism that I was treated with, was outstanding. The staf were very cooperative and professional.
I was helped Through out the whole process of buying a property in a country that I never seen before.
Buying a property in a foreign country often can be a journey full of hassle, but since I had the staff of New Home In Turkey with me, it didn't even feel like major work,especially when I did the purchase I wasn't present in turkey.
To make long story short, I visited Turkey just for a week, with the help of New Home In Turkey, I was able to find my ideal property at the location I wanted and the view that I had in mind, within the second day.
I consider myself very picky and particular person, I don't settle for something other than I want, if I am satisfied, that means some one worked very hard to make that happen. I haven't tried any other agencies in Turkey, so I can't judge others, but there's one agency that I will trust without a second thought, will be New Home In Turkey.
If you are a foreigner, and would like to own a piece of this beautiful country, with beautiful culture and beautiful people, I strongly recommend New Hom In Turkey. Not only you can be sure that all the process will go very smooth, but you don't even have to be in the country to own a property. Once they finish all the paper work without any cost to the the client, your documents along with with the property key will be sent to you.
At the end I would like to thank New Home In Turkey for making me a proud owner of a wonderful property in a country that I fell in love the moment I steped out of the airport.

Hello, I just wanted to let anyone who is looking for a home or a second home in Turkey, "New Home In Turkey" is a world class company with world class people. Even after you have purchased your home their service does not end there. They will not only ensure you understand everything you need to know but they will take you to all the official offices required if you need to extend your Visa and provide translation.

This however, is close to impossible, whilst dealing with such remarkable people like the ones at New Home in Turkey. Quite early in the search process, when we still did not know which agent/firm to sign for our project, New Home in Turkey - and especially Ayhan Arslan- stood out. We are still amaced by the way Ayhan dedicated himself to find exaktly what we where looking for - even when all options seemed to have run out. Clearly these kind of visiting trips follow a predesignated set up, but what was most important - we never felt that, thanks to Ayhans sophisticated and structured way of conducting things. We are very pleased with the outcome and that we were bold enough to trust our instincts and choose a local firm. We believed that they know their own market best, have the best connections with the building companies compared to local Swedish firms and most importantly - they know their own law. A visiting trip was professionally arranged, and the way we were provided for during these dynamic days is impressive. Concern was taken down to the smallest details, and as owners to a luxury apartment in Mahmutlar, we returned home to Sweden. Clearly, this is where all the hard work started as regards paper work, and once again Ayhan, Aydin and Tolga supported and guided us in perfect manner. What´s most impressive, is the way New Home in Turkey - again, gold star to Ayhan - has provided us with service past the purchase phase - their service does not stop when the papers are signed. För all hjälp o service med lägenhets köpet Och ert trevliga tålmodiga sett.
Vi åker varje år till turkiet/Alanya vi satt en kväll o tyckte att vi skulle kolla lite på en liten lägenhet
min fru Lena Ville ha på lugnt ställe o jag ville ha så nära barerna som möjligt men när vi satt tysta
o hörde all disco ljud o bilar från vägen,
Men när vi åkte hem till sverige så började vi söka/ googlade efter eget boende i alanya vi kollade med,
ett par stycken vi ringde upp dem o ville ha mer information men den informationen var inte tillräckligt för oss
dem ville att vi skulle åka ner om vi köpte hus skulle dem betala våran biljet sen gick det ett par dagar, vi goooglade igen då såg vi New Home In turkey
Vi ringde till er första Intrycket av samtal med er via telefon så kände vi en säkerhet, ni var inte stressade ni var inte
på oss som andra var ni ringde upp oss på ett vänligt sett, min fru Lena hade Tre stycken lägenheter som hon tyckte om
på kvällen tittade vi gemensamt vi kollade mest i Oba men vi ville ha mer lugnt så vi bestämde oss för mammutar
vi ville köpa i mammutar,Lugnare nära till havet & Lugnt egen pool.
Vi ringde talade med en jätte trevlig kille / Ayhan som även talade svenska språket väl,
vi sa till han att vi vill ha en lägenhet , vi hade bestämt oss för en fin 2A han gav oss deras ban kod på en handpenning
sen sa han att han skulle invänta lagfartspapper sen skulle han höra av sig till oss igen detta tog ca 3 veckor, sen ringer dem till oss att det är klart sen sänder dem Elektroniskt biljet tur & retur, 5 dagars visit allt var klart på 2 dagar, sen kunde vi koppla av o sola,Bada Vi blev inkvarterade i en jätte fin lägenhet med vacker utsikt,
Tack Ayhan för all hjälp o din tålamod Utan stress,
Vi ses i slutet av Juli då vi har semester,

Sofia Ergatis -Tarkina Ergatis (17.05.2010)Vi systrar skriver detta referens o Tackar New Home In Turkey Vi köpte Bostad utan att åka på en visnings resa detta sköttes via New Home In turkeys Hemsida. Samtidigt via telefon när vi bestämde oss för en 2A Så satte vi in hand penning på 2000:- Euro Sen tog det ca 2 veckor sen ringde New Home oss Och meddelade att lagfarten är klar, så dem sände Biljetter till oss tur o retur med Boende i en av deras lyx lägenheter Vi åkte ner för 5 dagar dem hade så otrolig service pålitlig personal Och väldigt charmiga Och Roliga. dem tog sin tid (Speciellt Ayhan) som talar svenska. Efter allt var klart samma dag som lagfarten blev klar. Så blev vi Bjudna på en Otroligt Lyx middag med självaste direktören på New Home In Turkey Så Nu slipper vi allt som heter hotell boende en massa åkande med buss från Antalaya som tar evighet, OBS Snart Öppnar Alanyas egen flygplats i Gazipaşa på 22 may 2010 då tar det ca 20 min till vårt nya hem :)))) Vi vill åter igen Tacka New Home In Turkey, För all service och är Vänlighet Speciellt Tack till Ayhan & Tolga.

Celal Yurdagul Med Familj (17.05.2010)Vi har länge letat efter ett boende i Alanya, vi sökte o sökte men hittade aldrig den rätta,men min bror åkte på en visnings resa med New Home In turkey, när min bror återvände till sverige visade han bilder på huset som han hade köpt, det var en ny projekt som inte var färdigt ännu, då sa vi till han o ringa till New home in Turkey o fråga om det fans kvar en lägenhet till oss med, sen gick allt med dunder o brak. Vi var sådana som var lite osäkra hur allt skulle gå till, min bror sa att dom på New Home Fiksar allt och detta stämde väl. Första intrycket från antalyas flygplats då Ayhan Hämtade oss, Väldigt Trevlig o rar han inkvarterade oss i en väldigt lyxig lägenhet på åttonde våning, med god service, Nästa dag på morgonen så mötte Ayhan upp oss o frågade först om vi hade ätit frukost vi sa inte ännu han sa hoppa in i bilen han körde oss från mahmutar till alanyas borg med vacker utsikt där bjöd han oss på en rikitg turkisk frukost, sen skötte han allt med papper o myndigheter vi behövde inte stressa oss i onödan, Och vi väntade på fredagen då vi skulle åka o få Lagfarts beviset sen betalade vi köpesumman via banken.Allt gick väldigt smidigt till, Så nu är vi nöjda med Allt. Vi vill verkligen tacka er på New Holme in Turkey, Vi kommer runt slutet av Juli till mammutar till vårt nya boende o ska möblera, o sen Förstås träffa er åter NI var väldigt måna om er köpare.

Rosemary Collins (13.05.2010)Me and my partner Billy thought about buying abroad. our first thought was Spain as we had never been to Turkey. We Were walking home from town & my partner saw apartments advertised in a office window we went in and were impressed with what we saw and were told.
We went on a viewing trip and were taken in with the beauty of the country and also the friendly people. The apartments amazed us as they were so well finished and spacious. We did have our fears about buying abroad as you hear that much bad reports. New Home in Turkey are a great company and answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Since we have bought the apartment New Home in Turkey have not just gone away and left us to it I'm glad to say.
We went back out and New Home in Turkey were still very helpful and brought us shopping for furniture and helped us open another bank account. We also know that our apartment will be looked after when we rent it out as New Home in Turkey will be organising all this for us. We would recommend to anybody buying abroad to go to New Home in Turkey. With them your not just buying an apartment your also getting a great after sales service which we feel is second to none. Thanks for you great hospitality and I'm sure we will be seeing you all again soon when we return to our dream second home.

Vi vill tacka er alla på new home in turkey som har förverkligat våran dröm om en bostad i turkiet. Alla kan nog känna igen sig i denna räddsla och tveksamhet inför en sådan här investering då man till en början undrar om man valt rätt m.m. Men när vi kom i kontakt med New Home Home in turkey,och fick åka på visningsresa så blev vi så bra omhändertagna med super bra service och trevlig personal. Så släppte vi all tveksamhet och vi är så glada att vi gjorde detta.
