"The Turkish ski scene is set to be boosted by a new top class resort. The resort, which has just opened in Seki, an hour outside Fethiye offers World Class facilities, great skiing, all round rental potential and the capital growth potential that comes from investing in a new area.
The resort is offering 3 bed roomed villas from £165,000, which are expected to rent for up to £1200 per week during the ski season.
There will also be a big benefit to the main Fethiye property market. Fethiye is already one of the top tourist resorts in Turkey, with its own great beaches, harbour offering chartered excursions. However, one of Turkey's biggest strengths is its proximity to the other great resort of Dalaman, which boasts a well served international airport, and Olu Deniz, a bay known worldwide for its exquisite beauty.
The new ski resort will now add another location within day-trip range of Fethiye, making its overall tourism package even more powerful. It will also increase the potential to achieve all year round rentals in Fethiye, thereby increasing the potential rental yields.
So many Turkish towns have many of the same strengths and attributes, of which Fethiye would simply be another of the pack. But its surrounding attractions set it apart from the rest and make it one of the upcoming Turkish property hotspots.
