A report from Skyscanner, one of the most influent flight comparison portal on the web, has listed Turkey as one of the most searched holiday destinations in the UK, a statistic calculated out from the 7 million monthly searches. The number show clearly the raising interest from around the world to Turkey, not only from holiday makers but also a large portion of them owning a property in Turkey. Turkey emerged as a clearly favoured holiday destination for 2010 and is certainly continuing to build on its growing reputation as a cost effective alternative to traditional Spanish destinations.
